The products presented by Sydney Flatpack Joinery on the Website and/or configured by buyer itself do not constitute a binding offer of contract.
Buyer can select products from Sydney Flatpack Joinery’s range and place these in a shopping cart using the button “Add to Cart”. By clicking on the button “Buy”, the buyer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods in the Shopping Cart. Before finally placing the order, the buyer can change and view the data in the Shopping Cart at any time. However, the offer to purchase can only be submitted and transmitted if the buyer has accepted these General Terms and Conditions by clicking on the button “Accept Terms and Conditions”, thereby making them an integral part of the offer to purchase.
Upon payment, Sydney Flatpack Joinery will send the buyer an automatic acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail which once again lists the items of the purchase order placed by the buyer. Buyer can print out this acknowledgement of receipt using the “Print” function. The automatic acknowledgement of receipt merely documents that the purchase order placed by the buyer has been received by Sydney Flatpack Joinery and does not constitute an acceptance of the offer to purchase. A binding contract is only concluded when Sydney Flatpack Joinery sends a declaration of acceptance in a separate e-mail within three (3) working days of receipt of the purchase order.

Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the item cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any proposed orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your Order. Once an Order has been accepted, no cancellation of that order is valid unless you receive our written communication endorsing the cancelled order. Your online order must be paid for in full before we can begin arrangements for the manufacture or supply of the products to you.
